Q: When will I receive my item?
A: Please allow 3-5 business days for processing, and 7-10 business days for standard shipping. On average, your order gets processed and delivered within 7 days or less.
Q: Why is my order being delivered in multiple packages? 
 A: Considering our POD business model, we work with several different fulfillment centers. Therefore, if your order contains items from several different suppliers, you will receive your items in multiple different packages.
Q: Do you sell internationally?
A: Currently, we only sell in the U.S. International purchasing will certainly be available in the near future.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: You can request a cancellation of your order within 1 hour of purchase.
Q: What if something is wrong with the item?
A: If you believe there is anything wrong with your item, please email us with a photo attached at returns@boldandgroovy.com. All damaged/defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item. If you contact us after 5 days of receiving your damaged item, you will not be eligible for a replacement.
Although, we do not accept returns or exchanges (see our Return Policy) due to our print-on-demand business model, we can certainly work on replacing an item for you if it comes to a printing/design error. We work with suppliers that guarantee high quality of print for our designs, so if anything is wrong, we should be able to replace it for you. These items must be unworn and unwashed with the tags attached. Just shoot us an email and we will get back to you within 48 hours. If your email is sent to us on Friday after 5pm ET, you will receive a response by Monday.
Q: Why do my items smell like vinegar?
A: When unpacking an item with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell, but don't worry, this is normal. The smell comes from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. Fixation agent is used for all DTG printing across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric. Without the use of this agent the ink would flake off the garment.

Q: How should I wash my items?

A: All items should be hand washed or washed on the delicate setting with a gentle detergent and cold water. They should be dried inside out on low heat to maximize the lifespan of the design. If possible, hang dry.

Q: Why is your merchandise more expensive than your competitors?

A: We are not fast fashion. We only source our goods from suppliers that practice in an ethical and responsible manner. They source, manufacture, design and produce clothing with responsible methods across their production process as well as their supply chain. This may include safe working conditions, occupational health standards, cruelty-free production, charging premiums for fair trade and ethical pay for labor. This may also include using packaging and materials made from 100% recycled materials. This type of clothing is often more expensive to create, and therefore to buy, than its fast-fashion competitors.

Q: Why is only some of your merchandise branded?

A: As we have mentioned, to remain ethical and sustainable we work with multiple print-on-demand suppliers. At the time, only one of our suppliers offers a branding kit.

A: Ethical and responsible fashion describes clothing companies that are built on solid moral principles. They source, manufacture, design and produce clothing with responsible methods across their production process as well as their supply chain. This may include safe working conditions, occupational health standards, cruelty-free production, charging premiums for fair trade and ethical pay for labor. This may also include using packaging and materials made from 100% recycled materials. This type of clothing is often more expensive to create, and therefore to buy, than its fast-fashion competitors. Ultimately, this approach maximizes the benefits to the fashion industry and society at large.  As well as minimizing its impact on the environment. It enforces the humane treatment of humans and animals. Sustainability is so much more complex than you can imagine. We are always working towards becoming a more responsible version of ourselves and it will always remain an important part of our brands business model and efforts.

What is Installments with Afterpay?

Installments with Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

How do I use Installments with Afterpay?

Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Installments with Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments with Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.

Where can I use Installments with Afterpay?

Installments with Afterpay can only be applied to purchases made on YourWebsite.com website.

Can I use Installments with Afterpay if I’m an international customer?

Afterpay is only offered to our customers who have a US billing address, US shipping address, a US Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), or American Express and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.

How does the payment schedule work?

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account.

You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

When will my items be delivered if I use Installments with Afterpay?

Afterpay orders are delivered as per our standard shipping time frame after you complete your order online.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction?

Yes, transaction value limits apply to purchases made on www.boldandgroovy.com using Installments by Afterpay.

What products are not eligible for purchase using Installments with Afterpay?

Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards. If you are purchasing gift cards along with Afterpay eligible products, you will need to place two separate orders.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Installments with Afterpay?

If you have changed your mind, you can return your Afterpay purchase in-store or by mail for a refund. Please check that your return or exchange meets our Return policy here. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.

What if I can’t pay an Afterpay installment?

If funds are not available or you otherwise do not make your payment when it is due, late fees may apply. Click here for complete terms.

What happens if I have a partial refund, and how does that affect my payments?

Afterpay will be notified once your refund is processed. Your payment plan will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment and working backward. In the case where a refund amount is larger than 25% of the total order, Afterpay will eliminate the fourth installment payment and apply the remaining amount to your earlier payments.
